Hey there Reader--- It can be hard to get back on track if you cheated over the holidays. I've done it before. And it is. But it's super important to not let a little splurging totally derail your healthy eating habits. One of the ways I ensure my success is to spend a day and meal prep for the upcoming week. Everything from breakfast to snacks. Having prepared food in the fridge makes me much less likely to reach for a leftover Christmas cookie. BREAKFAST: This is the ultimate easy egg bake or crustless quiche recipe. You make one egg mixture and choose your own veggies, meats, cheeses, and spices to go in it. It is the best keto breakfast casserole ever and you can prep it to last all week. LUNCH: My Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is a hit with kids and adults. Quick, easy, and so comforting. This is cheesy, bacony, and filling. This Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole is one of my favorite low carb chicken recipes ever and leftovers for lunch really hit the spot! Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole DINNER: Keto Meatballs are a tasty and easy way to serve up dinner or make as an appetizer this week. Juicy and flavorful meatballs with sausage and ground beef. Baked to a golden brown for the ultimate meatball recipe. Pair with a keto-friendly pasta sauce, your favorite dipping sauce or eat alone. SNACKS & DESSERT: These cute little Passion Tea Lemonade Homemade Gummies have a great flavor and color while being sugar-free and super low carb. You can sub in any tea you like!
