Low Carb & Keto Snack Ideas!


Hey there Reader---

It's 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday as I write this and I'm hungry.

This lull in between lunch and dinner can be hard. If you are hungry and someone tries to hand you a sugary donut it's a lot harder to say no than if you've just eaten a nice big healthy lunch.

That's why I make sure to always have some snack options. Crackers, cookie bars, and fat bombs are a great way to tide yourself over until dinner. And for a special treat make yourself a mug cake instead!


These Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars remind me of the store-bought cookie bars I used to find in my school lunches. Except these are much healthier AND tastier. They are packed with protein and you will never know.

These easy baked Keto Cheez-Its Crackers are a great alternative to boxed crackers to enjoy while eating low carb, keto, Trim Healthy Mama, and/or gluten-free.
