Hi there Reader--- I've been hard at work creating new recipes the last couple of months. Here are the new additions to Joy Filled Eats! I think the whipped cottage cheese parfait may be my fave. And I wanted to touch on a common question... Why use blogger recipes over AI recipes? It may be simpler to type your ingredients into an AI program and have it come up with the recipe but there is no guarantee it will work. My recipes and the recipes of other bloggers have been tried and tested in real kitchens. I see so many AI recipes being shared on social media. A glance through the ingredient list and instructions and I have doubts that the finished product will look anything like the AI photo posted along with it. Please don't waste your ingredients on AI.
