Have you ever had a hard time planning dinners for the week? Me too.

Over the past 10 years since I began food blogging there are a few low carb dinners my kids and husband request over and over again. And they are the same ones I crave myself. Adding these to the dinner rotation every week or two helps keep my meal planning to a minimum. I just make sure when I get groceries to get these ingredients.

So, I decided to share our favorite keto entrees with you!

This skillet version of my Chicken Cordon Bleu casserole cooks in just 30 minutes. It is still creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. It is perfect for a busy weeknight!

We love the meatballs in my Meatball Casserole so much that they are the only ones I make anymore. I will frequenly make a double (or triple) batch and freeze them for quick meals in the future!
