Recipes with 1 serving: Single Serve Protein Cookie Blackened Swordfish Recipe Did you know you can adjust the servings on ANY of my recipes? When you are on the recipe card just click the number under servings and pick the amount you want. Here is one that I adjusted from 6 servings using 1 pound of chicken wings down to 3 servings for 1/2 pound of wings. When adjusting desserts know that the baking time will change.
